What about the animations at the Museums?

Public presentation of the special issue of the Bulletin N°172 The Bask
Cultural Institute will join us and will offer shepherds'songs heard in
Navarre and the Bask diaspora
TARTARO: New meetings on Wednesday, October 15th :" The pastorale" Wednesday,
November 12th: How to use old cameras
Saturday, December 13t
"Departementales" 52 objects belonging to the collections of Pyrenées
Atlantiques "département" An exhibition by The County Council (64 département)
at the Département Hall in PAU, in the Arch room
A visit of the Art Museum of PAU will take place in the afternoon
What about the outings" in the field"?
The last one took place on Saturday , October 4th:
SAGARRA or the apple in the Bask Country, in past and present times on
Abbadia grounds in Hendaye - videoprojection followed by an introduction
to the orchard as a museum - picnic - a view at the cider press and the
getting of the first apple juice (here are a few photos).

On June 14th 2008 the daily paper " Sud Ouest" spares half a page
about the SAMB with the following title
New assets. From now on the SAMB, as a public utility charity , will
be able to contribute to its animation and development

Emmanuel Planes informs his readers that
the association has been recognized as a public utility charity by
the order of March5th , which underlines its role and should help
among others its sponsorship . Then he gives full details about its
projects and realisations as the new dummy of the publication, the
Bulletin of the Bask Museum or the internet site and its data base
of the different articles as well as the special issue dealing with
a man from Soule and his travels to South America. The next animations

ASSOCIATIONS CLOSE TO US
Association of the Friends of the Bayonne organs
Sunday, September 21st 2008
A guided visit of the organs as part of the Heritage Days. An explanation
of how the organ works with a musical illustration and a visit of the
inside of the instrument.
